Additional Options

  • CC / BCC — Click the CC or BCC labels to add additional recipients. Use BCC when emailing a large group to protect recipients’ privacy.
  • Attachments — Click the paperclip icon or the Attach button to upload a file from your computer.
  • HTML vs. Plain Text — Use the editor toggle to switch between a rich-text (HTML) editor and plain text. HTML allows formatting like bold, links, and lists.

Replying and Forwarding

  • Reply — Responds only to the sender.
  • Reply All — Responds to the sender and all other recipients.
  • Forward — Sends the message to a new recipient.

Deleting Email

  • Select one or more messages by checking the checkbox to the left of each.
  • Click the Delete (trash) icon in the toolbar.
  • Deleted messages move to the Trash folder and can be recovered from there until the trash is emptied.
  • To permanently delete, open the Trash folder, select messages, and delete again — or use the Empty Trash option.
