How do I add this to Gmail or Outlook?
Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → click into the signature box → click "Copy Signature" above → paste (Ctrl/Cmd+V) → Save Changes.
Outlook (desktop): File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → click into the edit box → click "Copy Signature" above → paste → OK.
If pasting doesn't preserve formatting, use "Copy HTML Code" and paste it into the client's HTML/source signature editor instead.
