When a job listing is no longer needed — the position is filled, the posting expired, or it was entered in error — you can remove it from the chapter website by moving it to Trash.
Steps
1. Go to Posts → All Posts
From your WordPress dashboard, hover over Posts in the left sidebar and click All Posts.
2. Find the Job Listing
Filter by the Jobs category to locate the listing you want to remove.
3. Move to Trash
Hover over the post title and click Trash. The listing is removed from the jobs feed immediately.
To Permanently Delete or Restore
Go to Posts → All Posts and click the Trash filter link at the top of the list. From there you can Restore the listing or click Delete Permanently to remove it for good.
Warning: Permanent deletion cannot be undone. If there’s any chance you’ll need the listing again (e.g., the role reopens), consider setting it back to Draft instead of deleting it.
