If you’re a chapter, section, student section, PSP, or CIG leader, ASSP’s Reporting Portal gives you self-service access to membership data for your community — rosters, leadership lists, new-member activity, and community details.
Accessing Your Reports
- Go to assp.org.
- Log in with your personal ASSP credentials (top-right corner).
- Click My Account.
- Scroll down the left-hand menu and click Community Leader Reports (near the bottom, below My Committees).
- If you lead more than one community, use Select Your Community Committee to choose which one you’re reporting on.
- Under Select Report for Your Community, choose a report and click Run Report.
- Once the report loads, export it as CSV or Excel using the buttons above the results table.
Searching and Sorting
- Use the Search field to filter results. For partial-word searches, wrap your term in quotes for the most accurate match.
- Click any column header to sort — click Last Name to sort alphabetically, for example.
- Heads up: if you export while a search is active, you’ll only get the filtered results. Clear the search bar first if you want the full, unfiltered report.
After You Download
Membership data is sensitive. Once you’re done with a downloaded file:
- Delete it.
- Empty your Recycle Bin to permanently remove it.
Which Report Do I Need?
Not every leader sees every report below — your access depends on your role and community type. If a report you expect to see is missing, contact your community’s staff liaison.
Chapter & Section Reports

| ASSP Chapter Roster Expired Last 30 Days | Members whose membership expired in the last 30 days — useful for targeted renewal outreach. |
| ASSP Chapter Roster New Last 30 Days | Members who joined your chapter for the first time in the last 30 days. |
| ASSP Chapter Roster New Last 45 Days | Same as above, with a wider 45-day window. |
| ASSP Chapter Roster Anniversaries | Members whose join-date anniversary falls within 30 days before or after today. Shows years of membership and this year’s anniversary date. Based on most recent join date, so it resets if a member lapsed and rejoined. |
