You can update a job listing at any time — for example, to correct details, update the application deadline, or mark a position as filled.
Steps
1. Go to Posts → All Posts
From your WordPress dashboard, hover over Posts in the left sidebar and click All Posts.
2. Find the Job Listing
Locate the post you want to edit. Filter by the Jobs category using the dropdown at the top of the list to narrow results.
3. Open the Editor
Click the post title or hover over it and click Edit to open it in the block editor.
4. Make Your Changes
Update the title, job description, application instructions, or any other content as needed.
5. Update the Post
Click Update in the top-right corner to save and publish your changes. The live listing will reflect the edits immediately.
Tip: If a position has been filled, consider adding a note at the top of the post body (e.g., “This position has been filled.”) before taking it down, so members who have the link aren’t left with a missing page. Then delete or unpublish the post once the update has had time to be seen.
