Changing Your Email Password in Webmail

This is the easiest way to change an email password if you don’t have cPanel access but can still log in to the mailbox itself.

Steps

  1. Log in to ASSP Webmail.
  2. If you land on the Roundcube interface, click Webmail Home on the left. (If Webmail Home isn’t shown, you’re already on the default page — skip to the next step.)
  3. Click your email address in the upper-right corner, then select Password & Security.
  4. Type your new password and click Save.

Note: If you’re used to a plain Roundcube “Settings → Password” menu, this looks different. Our cPanel-hosted webmail moves password changes out of Settings and into the account menu in the top-right corner instead — the option hasn’t gone anywhere, it’s just relocated.

Tip: Once you’ve updated the password in Webmail, don’t forget to update it on any other devices or apps (phone, Outlook, etc.) where that mailbox is set up, or those will start failing to send/receive.
